For this I used Premiere Pro. I started out by adding in the photos, then adjusting them by how much red there was in each photo, making it shorter and shorter each time so that it would get progressively faster and also fit into the 15 second time limit. I also ended up adding some text (well, Mr. B did). At the end, I made sure it was EXACTLY 15 seconds and then exported it.
Some problems I ran into was that the area where it showed me how many seconds it was wasn't exactly showing me 15 seconds, so I had to test it out a lot to make sure it was exactly 15. I know the credits are a bit hard to read at the end, so that's a bit of a problem as well. I think my favorite part of the project (and also my least favorite) was finding the images. It was really fun to look through all the images and select my favorites and the ones that applied the most.
